Recently, the CAMCE Board of Directors has received written resignations of Chaiman Luo Yan and Director,General Manager Ding Jian. Due to job change, Luo Yan applied for resignation of Chairman, Director of the Board, Chairman of the Strategic Committee and member of Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, and she would no longer hold any position in the company after her resignation. Ding Jian applied for resignation of Director of the Board and General Manager, and he would continue to be Chairman of China IPPR., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAMCE.

　　During the 34th session and the 35th session of the sixth Board of Directors of CAMCE, the Proposal for Appointment of the General Manager of the Company and the Proposal for Election of the Chairman of the Company were considered and approved respectively. Wang Yuhang was appointed  General Manager and Wang Bo was elected Chairman of CAMCE, whose terms are in accordance with the sixth Board of Directors.
