In this competition, China IPPR selected 15 participants in accordance with the requirements of the competition, among whom 3 teams participated in the team competition and 6 contestants participated in the individual competition. The 3 teams are the IDEA of the International Institute, the Tercel and the Petrel of the Institute of Technology.

　　Before the competition, IPPR organized a number of training sessions based on the application skills of the competition program and carried out a preliminary assessment in early September. The three teams accepted a weeklong training. After a four-day competition, the IDEA p from the International IPPR Institute won the award.
