Xinhua News Agency publishes newsletter both in Chinese and Russian under the title of Uzbekistan's Large-scale Chemical Project Undertaken by Chinese Enterprise Going Well, covering the Production Complex of Polyvinyl Chloride, Caustic Soda and Methanol in Uzbekistan (Herein short for Production Complex of PVC in Uzbekistan) constructed by Joint Venture composing of CAMCE and HQC (Shanghai) Company.

    As one of the key projects under the Belt and Road Initiative, the construction of Production Complex of PVC in Uzbekistan is going well and introduction on the project and its construction progress is made in the newsletter. The newsletter also points out all parties attach much importance to the project, and President Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Mirzotiev of Uzbekistan, and Chinese Ambassador Sun Lijie and Counsellor Jin Yulong of Chinese Embassy to Uzbekistan visited the project site and showed their care for the project team members.
